What are you noticing about the passing of time, now that we month further into the pandemic? Time doesn't seem to be moving at the "normal" speed for most people with whom I speak. This can be a little disorienting for all of us.
On every day, but even more so on days when we feel adrift, creating a regular structure or schedule can help ground us. This structure might include such basics as getting up and going to bed at regular times, getting dressed, eating regularly, and keeping up on household chores in addition to whatever work tasks we need to do. One element of each day that is especially important to incorporate is regular time for quiet reflection or meditation, either indoors or
out in nature. This is part of basic self care.
