[Linda Swanson] An invitation to my new Successfully ADHD coaching group

Published: Fri, 02/09/18

Hello !

I am excited to announce that my new virtual coaching group for women 55 and over
will start on March 6, 2018.

This group is for you if you . . .
  • have reached “a certain age”
  • have ADHD, or you suspect you might
  • feel your life needs a tweak – or even a complete remodel
  • want to build on a solid foundation for success

[If this doesn't describe you, please forward this email to someone who will be eager to learn more about this group!]

What I have learned is that a solid foundation is key to building a life that is Successfully ADHD!

Each session of my Successfully ADHD! coaching group will focus on one of eight key building blocks of a successful foundation:

Sleep
Diet
Exercise
Mindfulness
Appreciative Living
Time in Nature
Play
Physical/Emotional Environment

Learn about the importance of each element! Share your successes and challenges! Hear the experiences of others! Feel the group’s support as you set out on the adventure of trying new skills and strategies!

To take the next step, click here to email me and suggest three different times when you will be available to talk with me for about 20 minutes. (Please include your time zone.) This conversation will help determine if this is the right group for you.

I am excited to speak with you! Even if you are just a little curious, reach out to me and we can have a conversation that has every chance of changing your life. Imagine that!!

It would be my joy to accompany you on your journey toward living Successfully ADHD!

Warmly,

Linda
