This is the eighth in a series of brief, daily emails I'm sending during October -- global ADHD Awareness Month. Each features a quote that relates to ADHD and
neurodiversity.

Coach
ADHD expert Dr. William Dodson describes ADHD as an "interest-based nervous system." Dr. Dodson writes frequently for ADDitude magazine. One of his articles, "Secrets of Your ADHD Brain," explains how an interest-based nervous system works. I have found his explanations among the most helpful in my own growing understanding of ADHD.
PS. If you are curious about ADHD coaching and how it can benefit you, I'd be delighted to schedule a free introductory conversation to answer your questions and to hear the ways you would like to achieve greater success.
